ABP Capital closed a $4.9MM acquisition loan for a free-standing industrial building located in the Miramar submarket of San Diego. The structure is comprised of 37,882 SF of flex warehouse space with 36% dedicated to both ground floor and mezzanine office. ABP was able to quickly underwrite and close the loan while providing the necessary funding for CapEx in order to get the space ready for re-tenanting.
